  • If you purchased online early bird tickets or you’re buying them at the main entrance we recommend arriving one hour before showtime to get the best seating. If you purchased Family V.I.P Pack those seats are reserved and you can arrive about 30 minutes before the show starts.

  • No, we do not have exotic animals . We feature domesticated animals like ponies, dogs and cats, but it also varies depending on the facility’s regulations

  • No, large bagpacks are not permitted, except for diaper bags for infants. Please keep personal items toa minimum. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

  • No, the all exclusive V.I.P Family pack is only available online, and there are only a few available.

  • Yes, handicap access is avaliable. Please arrive early so we can ensure you have easy access to the best seating arrangements.

  • Yes, some acts do include flashing lights and lasers effects. if you are prone to seizures or have sensitivity, please be advised and take precautions as needed.

  • All tickets purchased online are non refundable.

    If the Performance is canceled due to mechanical Problems, your tickets will be refunded. Bad weather Policy: if you attneded the event and the performance is canceled due to severe weather, only ticket holders that attended the event will get a refund.
